Training

Training is scheduled in advance for individuals, small groups and full classes. There is a maximum size of two (2) participants indoors and three (3) participants outdoors for small group classification. Full class size is generally limited to 12 participants. Exceptions are made by GRMTAC staff discretion.

Safety rules and equipment requirements are provided prior to training.

Safety is the paramount training concern. If at any time the training environment becomes unsafe due to any failure to follow safety protocols, the session will stop until safety is restored. If training cannot continue safely, the session will end. The decision to end a session is made solely at the instructor’s discretion.

Personal Defense, Advanced Defense and Security Concepts can be offered for large groups. Please contact info@grmtac.om for more information.

 

Shipping Information

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on size and weight. Order confirmations are sent via email. Separate emails with tracking information are sent upon shipping.

US delivery service tracking information for both USPS and UPS tends to lag behind the actual, current location of the package by approximately 24-36 hours. We do not have additional information regarding package locations once they leave our facility other than what is publicly available via tracking number.

 

Security & Data Privacy

Payment information is protected by Authorize.net, one of the world’s most trusted credit card processors via TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocols. GRMTAC also uses SiteLock Website Security as protection against theft, fraud and data vulnerability.

Backordered products are charged at the time of purchase. Customer Credit card and payment information is never stored.

GRMTAC does not share or sell personal information.

 

Returns/Exchanges & Warranty

How do I return an item?

First email info@grmtac.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Then securely package your item and mail it to:

Note: products returned to an incorrect return address will be subject to a 25% restock fee.

 

I have a defective product and I would like it replaced. What is your warranty policy?

We stand behind all of our products. If a product is damaged due to a manufacturer defect we will gladly replace it for you. Please email a photo of the defective product to info@grmtac.com and one of our team members will work to resolve the issue.

 

How do I receive a full refund?

Return any item(s) in new, unused condition within 30 days for a full refund. If an item is used or past 30 days, it is not eligible for return.

 

How do I exchange an item?

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, style or product, return the item(s) for a refund and place a new order on grmtac.com. Your account will be refunded when the item(s) have been received.

 

How long does the refund process take?

Once your order has been received, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed. Once your return has been processed your refund will be issued immediately. Refunds typically take 2-3 days to clear your account depending on the speed of your financial institution.
