Shipping Information

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail or Priority Mail depending on weight. You will receive an order confirmation via email and a separate email with tracking information once your order ships.

Security & Privacy

Your payment information is always protected by Authorize.net, one of the world’s most trusted credit card processors via TSL/SSL (Transport Layer Security/Secure Sockets Layer) protocols.  Your credit card information is not stored.  GRMTAC does not share or sell your personal information.

Returns/Exchanges & Warranty

How do I return an item?
Email info@grmtac.com to obtain a Return Authorization.  Then securely package your item and mail it to: GRMTAC Returns [insert Return Authorization number], 1727 Essex Street #604, Rahway, NJ 07065.

I have a defective product and I would like it replaced. What is your warranty policy?
We stand behind all of our products. If your product is damaged due to a manufacturer defect we will gladly replace it for you. Please email a photo of the defective product to info@grmtac.com and one of our assets will follow up with you.

How do I receive a full refund?
Return your item(s) in new condition within 30 days for a full refund. If an item is used or past 30 days, it is not eligible for return.

How do I exchange an item?
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, style or product, return the item(s) for a refund and place a new order on grmtac.com. Your account will be refunded when the item(s) have been received.

How long does the refund process take?
Once your order has been received, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed. Once your return has been processed your refund will be issued immediately. Refunds typically take 2-3 days to clear your account depending on your bank.
